Overview
A leadership development workshop using professional improvisation, practical exercises and realistic workplace scenarios to explore how leaders respond, communicate and connect with others. Participants develop greater awareness of their own leadership behaviours while practising the adaptability, active listening and communication skills needed to navigate people and situations with confidence.
