Not at all. Improv is the method, not the goal. No one is asked to perform or be funny. The exercises are simple, structured and built around real work situations, and most participants are surprised by how quickly they relax and get involved.

That is exactly who this works well for. We create a safe, supportive space and build up gradually, starting with low-pressure exercises in pairs and small groups. No one is put on the spot.

Most training tells people what to do. We have them practise it. Using improv and realistic workplace scenarios, participants rehearse the moments that matter, get live feedback and try again, so the skills stick when it counts.

Yes. Every programme is built around your team’s real challenges. We start with a conversation about what your people are working on, then design the exercises and scenarios around it.

Everyone from graduates and new joiners to managers, senior leaders and the C-suite. We shape each session to the level and experience in the room.

Our experienced actors play realistic characters, such as a difficult client, an upset employee or a challenging stakeholder, so participants can practise high-stakes conversations safely. We use them in our training programmes and in assessment and development centres, with live and structured feedback. More about our role play actors.

Up to 15 participants with one lead facilitator, or up to 25 with a lead facilitator and an assistant. For larger groups we can run several groups at the same time.

Yes. Our virtual sessions are live, interactive and built on the same improv principles, adapted to work brilliantly on video. Ideal for remote and hybrid teams or groups spread across locations.

As quickly as you need. We have run sessions at very short notice, sometimes the very next day, so if something is coming up, talk to us. For fully bespoke programmes, a little more time lets us tailor everything to your team.
